  No matter when I've gone to Eagle Express, my husband and I have been treated with the utmost respect and with awesome customer service! The store itself has a homie feel to it and a friendly atmosphere. It's well organized and clean! It's our go to place and meets all of our needs to include our expectations! Many thanks to Eagle Express Staff!

  I have been here many times for notary services and Amazon textbook returns and always received prompt help. I went today to send a few items to my son and was told I couldn't pack the box inside the store due to liability (it was 29 degrees outside, i was not going to do it outside). The clerk stated she could pack it for me. Ok...that's fine. But then I was told I'd have to purchase one of their boxes in order to do this. Their box was 4X the cost of the one I brought in with m (which was brand new and fully intact). That cost did include the service of packing the box, granted, but the service I needed from them was the mailing piece. I also think the 'liability' is a stretch...what liability? Me getting injured from the box/tape? Is that really a problem...rogue box injury cases brought against packing companies? Or the liability from what is IN the box? If that was the case, why do they accept any boxes pre packaged? Very disappointed today in this event. I did go elsewhere and didn't have to pack my box in my car or purchase a box in store and was able to get the service I needed.
